摘要

为研究导弹沿柔性导轨移动时的弹架耦合振动问题,提出了一种基于Hermite插值函数的柔性线显式生成算法,并借助CBKSUB改进了插值点坐标的提取模式,使得柔性线能实时更新;同时分别基于哑元的点线约束建模、在线标记点的建模方式构造了弹架耦合模型,结果表明:仿真结果与实验数据吻合较好,且算法稳定性和计算效率明显提高。该方法可为复杂弹架系统耦合振动建模提供一种新思路。

Abstract

For coupling vibration problem of flexible guides activated by moving missile, based on the Hermite interpolation functions, an explicit generation algorithm of flexible curve was proposed. The coordinates of interpolation points were extracted with the help of CBKSUB subroutine development, so the flexible curve could be updated in real time. A dummy-based point-to-curve constraint modeling, Marker-in-curve modeling were constructed respectively for missile-guides coupling vibration. Results showed that the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental data, and the algorithm stability and the computational efficiency were improved obviously. The method gave a new ideas for complex missile-launcher system coupling vibration modeling.
