为了准确测量试后固体发动机喷管喉颈,利用激光跟踪测量技术对喷管喉颈进行了现场测量,并通过跟踪仪对公共点进行测量,根据各点的坐标变化来评定激光跟踪仪现场测量不确定度。实验结果表明,利用激光跟踪仪测量喷管喉颈相对于现有的测量方法在测量速度、准确性以及方便性上都有了很大的提高。利用激光跟踪仪测量固体发动机喷管的方案满足测量不确定度的设计要求。对试后的固体发动机喷管喉颈测量有一定的促进作用。
In order to accurately measure the nozzle throat area of solid rocket motor after test, the on-site measurement of nozzle throat was carried out by using laser tracking technique, and through the tracker to measure the common points. According to the coordinates change of each point to evaluate the uncertainty of the on-site measurement of laser tracker. The experimental results show that using a laser tracker to measure the nozzle throat has great improvement in the measurement of speed, accuracy and convenience as compared with the existing measuring methods. The scheme that use laser tracker to measure solid rocket engine nozzle meets the design requirements of uncertainty measurement. It can promote the measurement of throat neck of solid rocket motor nozzle after trial.
