摘要

为实现导弹发射车控制功能,简化控制系统设计,文中以实时工业以太网技术为基础,设计了一套基于EtherCAT的模块化导弹发射车控制系统。系统有效的将机电液一体化控制技术、火力控制技术、分布式控制技术和健康管理技术融为一体。实际测试结果表明:该系统具有实时性好、可靠性高、可扩展性强、项目间可继承性好等优点,可以高效的完成导弹发射车控制功能。

Abstract

To complete the Missile lauch vehicle control function with a simple system, This paper designs a modular Missile vehicle control system on EtherCAT applied Real-time industrial Ethernet technology. This system fuses electro-hydraulic control technology, fire control technology, distributed control technology and health management technology. The test resullts show the system has good real-time performance, high reliability, strong expansibility and good inhertability, can complete control functions of Missile lauch vehicle.
