针对弹载涡喷发动机起动时间短、转速控制精度高的要求,设计了基于SOPC的弹载涡喷发动机控制器系统,通过转速调理电路将毫伏级信号变换为TTL电平信号,通过模数转换采集发动机尾温信号,通过MOSFET驱动发动机的引火器、起动器、油阀、油泵等附件,实现了发动机的快速起动和转速控制,试验结果表明该控制器运行稳定可靠,控制精度和实时性满足要求。

In order to meet the requirement of short starting time and high speed control accuracy for missile-borne turbine engine, the controller system based on SOPC is designed. In this system, the milli volt level signal is transformed to TTL level signal, the starter for pilots, oil valve, pump and other accessories are driven by the MOSFET of the engine, which achieve the fast starting and speed control of engine. The test results show that the controller is a stable and reliable operation, which meet the requirements of control precision and real-time performance.
