摘要

针对K分布和Pareto分布的杂波模拟,零记忆非线性变换(ZMNL)法不能产生任意形状参数值的Gamma分布随机数,导致杂波模拟存在偏差。文中利用Beta分布随机数对已有方法进行改进,改进后的方法不需要将形状参数进行拆分,而是能够直接产生任意形状参数值的逆Gamma分布随机数,简化了计算。仿真实验表明,与传统的ZMNL方法相比,改进后得到的PDF仿真曲线与理论的PDF曲线拟合更好,对应的MSD更小,仿真性能得到提高。

Abstract

For clutters subject to the K and Pareto distribution, the method of ZMNL can't generate random numbers of Gamma distribution whose shape parameters are limited. It leads to biases in the clutter simulation. This paper improves existing methods by random numbers of Beta. The improved method needn't split the shape parameter into the part of integer and non-integer. It can directly generate random numbers of inverse Gamma distribution in any value of shape parameter and simplify the calculation. The simulation results show that compared with traditional method of ZMNL, the PDF simulation curve of the improved method fits better than the theoretical PDF curve and the corresponding MSD is smaller. The simulation performance is improved.
