CS-based waveform-separation method replaces the traditional matched filtering and effectively improves the results. The waveform selection is the key link of this method, because sensing matrix column correlation will influence the effect of restructuring which is related to transmitting waveforms and time delay. Theoretical analysis shows that the column correlation depends on transmitting waveforms' autocorrelation and cross-correlation performance. Therefore the paper compared and analyzed phase coded signal、OFDM-chirp and positive and negative linear frequency modulation signal and constructed relevant sensing matrix to simulate. The result is that the positive and negative linear frequency modulation signal has the best function
