In order to effectively improve the performance of explosion shock wave of the explosion proof structure, solve the problem of matching between the structure of the pre stage charge and the problem of flameproof, the explosion structure is installed on the shell surface of the rear warhead, and the model is established by the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the structure of steel, steelpolyurethane, steel-aluminum-polyurethane, steel-polyurea-polyurethane-aluminum and steel-polyurea-aluminum is compared and their flameproof capability is compared. The numerical simulation result shows that the steel-polyurethane, steel-aluminum-polyurethane structures have good energy absorption properties and they are suitable for use as explosion interrupter materials.
