摘要

为了获得某车载武器系统发射稳定性和发射安全性边界条件,根据功率谱密度函数模拟路面随机激励,建立数学模型并对其准确性进行了验证,建立车载武器多自由度振动模型,基于虚拟样机技术对整车进行动力学仿真,研究该武器系统在不同路面及不同行进速度条件下的动态响应特性。研究结果表明,所建立路面模型较符合真实路面,在车速较高和路面较差的情况下车载导弹初始扰动偏大,行进间发射时有安全隐患。

Abstract

In order to obtain the boundary conditions for the launch stability and the launch safety of the vehicle weapon system, the power spectrum density function is used to simulation the random excitation of the road surface, and the mathematical model is established and its accuracy is verified. A multi degree of freedom vibration model of vehicle weapon is established. The dynamic simulation of the vehicle is carried out based on the virtual prototyping technology, study on the dynamic response of the weapon system under different road conditions and moving speed. Research results shows that the road surface accord with the real road and initial disturbance of the missile is too large when the vehicle speed is high and the road surface is poor.
