Based on warhead with small length-diameter ratio, the liner forming process with wave-shaper is studied by AUTODYN finite el-ement software. The best matching relationship between wave-shaper and liner is obtained by orthogonal optimization. Calculations show that, compared with no wave-shaper, the head speed of SCJ charge increased by 25.1% and the length increased by 11%, and the head speed of JPC charge increased by 18.6%, and the head speed of EFP charge increased by 8.8% and the aspect ratio increased by 164.3%.
