摘要

激光导引头是精确制导武器系统的重要部件之一,具备目标探测与实时跟踪功能。为了确保导弹的命中精度,激光导引头跟踪角速度输出精度应控制在一定范围内。由于导引头陀螺修正系统在低温条件下效能降低,引起跟踪角速度输出离散及精度下降,为此提出了一种低温分段补偿方法。通过大量温度试验证明该方法能够快速提高激光导引头低温输出特性的调试效率,保证了产品实物质量的一致性。

Abstract

The laser seeker is one of the important parts of precision guided weapon system, which has the function of target detection and real-time tracking. In order to ensure the hit accuracy of missile, the output accuracy of laser seeker tracking angular velocity should be controlled within a certain range. Because the efficiency of the gyroscope correction system of seeker decreases at low temperature, the output of tracking angular velocity is discrete and the precision is reduced, a low temperature piecewise compensation method is proposed. A large number of temperature tests show that this method can rapidly improve the debugging efficiency of the low temperature output characteristics of laser seeker, and ensure the consistency of product quality.
