摘要

为了实现轨道炮的安全连续发射,对轨道炮的发射过程进行仿真分析,获得轨道与电枢的受力情况和变形机理。利用有限元分析软件建立电磁-应力多物理场耦合模型,通过仿真得到轨道和电枢的电流与磁场分布情况、体积力密度与应力分布情况。分析结果表明:在电磁力作用下电枢尾翼张角变大、产生形变挤压轨道,电枢所在位置的轨道应力和形变较大。通过分析轨道的受力与变形情况,可以为轨道炮的设计与维护提供参考。

Abstract

The launching process of the railgun is simulated and analyzed, the stress and deformation mechanism of the rails and armature are obtained, which is for the safe and continuous launching of the railgun. Using finite element simulation software to establish electromagnetic-stress multi-physical field coupling model. The current and magnetic field distribution, volume force density and stress distribution of the rails and armature are obtained by simulation. The analysis results show that under the action of electromagnetic force, the tension angle of armature tail fin becomes larger, resulting in deformation and pressing rails. The stress and deformation of rails at the position of armature are larger. By analyzing the force and deformation of the rails, it can provide reference for the design and maintenance of the railgun.
