摘要

注装药底隙是常规榴弹的致命缺陷,现通常采用抽样检查。文中通过对缺陷的产生和目前国内外检验方案的分析入手,经可靠性计算,并结合我国工业实际,以提高验收可靠性的思路来设计,提出了新的动态调整型验收方案:在生产初期进行全数检验,当达到一定合格数量后,再实施抽样检验。该方案能在不提高检验成本的情况下降低军方的使用风险,提高ICT验收可靠度。

Abstract

Base separations in the loading explosive charge to be injected are critical defect of common HE shells. The base separations are checked through sampled inspection presently. The paper shows that we can design a new acceptable sample plan, which is development adjusted based on the calculated the reliability of acceptance and adapt to our base of industry actuality, from the analysis of the defect occurring and flowing at home and abroad at present. That is in the beginning of production, we checked the shells totally and after having reached a certain quantity of satisfaction, and we shall execute the sampled inspection once more. Under the condition without enhancing the cost of inspection, lower using risk of army side and lift a higher reliability of acceptance in ICT.
