摘要

为了研究陶瓷微粒在炸药驱动下的强度性能和装药结构对炸药爆轰能量的影响,文中将以球形陶瓷微粒与TNT进行混合装药试验为基础,应用LS-DYNA程序,对一种新的战斗部作用方式进行仿真研究,并绘制了陶瓷微粒在炸药爆轰驱动下的速度变化曲线。结果表明,陶瓷的强度完全满足要求,该作用方式可以对爆轰能量进行有效控制,且模拟结果与试验数据有较好的一致性。

Abstract

The chief aim of this research is to investigate the damage effects of ceramic fragment on explosive effect and control detonation energy, based on mixed change experiment for ceramic fragment and TNT, the LS-DYNA program was adapted to simulation for a new warhead model of action and the process of fragments velocity was analyzed on explosive effect. The results show that the fragments meet the intensity and the method can control detonation energy effectively, it is demonstrated that the numerical results are well corresponding to experimental data, it can offer a new model of action for disabled warhead.
