摘要

利用AUTODYN-2D有限元分析软件,对不同壁厚变化率的药型罩形成的射流进行数值模拟,选取其中典型的模型进行试验验证,模拟结果与试验数据基本吻合。通过数值模拟计算和验证试验重点分析了药型罩壁厚变化率对破甲威力的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着药型罩壁厚变化率的增大,射流头部速度和速度梯度也随之增大,射流容易出现拉断现象,不利于提高破甲威力。

Abstract

Numerical simulations of shaped change jet were conducted with AUTODYN-2D for variable rate of liner thickness change; to check the applicability of the typical models the static experiments were performed. The results of simulation were identical with the experiments. Study on the influence of rate of liner thickness change on the penetration by numerical simulations and experiments. The results show: when variable rate of liner thickness change is increased, jet top velocity and velocity grads are rising, easy to become fractured and make against improving penetration.
