Using the ladder shaped charge linear symmetric concave and convex structure method; this method developed a spin-stabilized EFP with inclined tail wing. The forming of big cone angle and spherical segment ladder shaped charge liner was simulated by nonlinear dynamic analysis software. The three-dimensional finite element mode was built by TG. At last, it analyzed the projectile forming shape and velocity and drew two conclusion : (1)ladder shaped charge liner is favorable to the projectile flying stability. (2)spherical segment shaped charge liner forming is better than angle.
