摘要

为提高导弹四极磁场电磁轨道发射过程中发射结构稳定性和导轨使用寿命,利用ANSYS中电磁-结构耦合分析模块,分别对强脉冲电流上升段、峰值段、衰减段和完整发射过程中所对应的导轨受力、形变等效应力及导轨径向加速度进行分析。结果表明:在发射过程中,四极磁场导轨形变持续增大,在电流突变处导轨应力及加速度均较大,弹性支撑可对导轨稳定性起到积极作用。研究结果可为导轨结构的优化设计及其稳固方式提供理论指导。

Abstract

To improve the stability of the structure and the rail's operational life span during the electromagnetic rail launch by quadrupole magnetic field, the electromagnetic-structure coupling analysis module in ANSYS is used to study the rails' forces, deformation, inner stress and radial acceleration at rise, peak and descending stage of the current as well as the whole process. The results show that the deformation of the quadrupole magnetic rail continues to increase in the transient electromagnetic launching process; the stress and acceleration of rail at the current catastrophe are both larger, and the elastic support can play an active role in the stability of the rail. The results provide theoretical guidance for the optimal design of rail structure and its stabilization.
