摘要

某隔板点火装置出现点火延迟时间超差现象,对此进行了故障分析与复现试验,结果表明:因受主药的加强帽点铆效果差,显著降低了传火药盒的点火压强峰,扩燃药片的点火效果不稳定,导致了点火延迟时间超差。通过改进点铆工装、增加抽检试验项目、优化药盒药片安装位置、加厚药盒堵片厚度等措施解决了该故障。

Abstract

In order to solve the ignition delay time tolerance of a bulkhead igniter by failure analysis and fault recurrence, the results showed that: The impact of point riveting on strengthening cap was weakened, which Obvious decreased the ignition pressure peak of flame combustion chamber, slowed down the ignition effect of ignition tablet. By improve the point riveting tooling, increase sampling inspection, adjust the position of ignition tablet, increase the thickness of blocking piece, the failure has removed.
