摘要

针对传统弹底强度计算公式所需参数多、公式形式复杂的问题,提出了形式简单、所需参数少、计算准确度较高的弹底厚度估算半经验公式建立方法。基于传统弹底强度理论,建立传统公式的简化形式,结合最小二乘法原理,拟合得到满足弹丸工程设计要求的半经验公式。仿真结果表明,传统公式计算的弹丸弹尾区应力分布较为恶劣,而半经验公式计算的弹丸弹尾区应力分布更接近实际弹丸弹尾区应力分布,验证了半经验公式计算结果的准确性优势。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the traditional formulas for calculating the strength of projectile base require more parameters and the formula form is complex, the method of building semi-empirical formula for estimating the thickness of projectile base with simple form, few required parameters and high calculation accuracy was proposed. Based on the traditional strength theory of projectile base, the simplified form of the traditional formulas was established. Combined with the principle of least squares method, the semi-empirical formula that met the requirements of projectile engineering design was fitted. The simulation results show that the stress distribution in the projectile tail region calculated by the traditional formula is relatively bad, and the stress distribution of the projectile tail region calculated by the semi-empirical formula is more similar to the stress distribution of the actual projectile tail region. The accuracy advantage of the calculation result of the semi-empirical formula is verified.
