车载导弹箱式倾斜发射出箱安全性分析

摘要

箱式倾斜发射方式是现代车载导弹的主要发射方式之一,其出箱安全性是导弹发射中的关键问题。以往的出箱安全性分析大多是采用刚体模型,并且没有考虑发射车对发射过程的耦合影响,也较少考虑导弹燃气射流对发射箱的影响。建立完整的车载导弹箱式倾斜发射刚柔耦合模型,考虑发射车振动对发射过程的耦合影响,将发射箱进行柔性化处理,对模型进行动力学分析。分析起竖油缸刚度、不同推力载荷、导弹热发射燃气流以及导弹设计偏差对导弹出箱安全性的影响。分析表明,起竖油缸刚度、推力载荷对出箱姿态影响较大,并得出各个参数对出箱过程影响的规律性结论。

Abstract

As one of the main launching methods of vehicle-missile, the key issue in missile launching is the processing safety. The past research usually used the rigid body model in the safety analysis, and the coupling effect of the launch vehicle on the launch process was not considered, and the effect of missile gas jet on the launch box was less considered. A complete coupling model of stiffness and flexible is established. Considering the coupling effect of the vibration of the launcher on the launching process, the launcher is flexible and the dynamic analysis of the model is carried out. The influence of stiffness of vertical cylinder, different thrust loads, thermal emission gas flow of missile and missile design deviation on the safety of missile out of the box is analyzed. The analysis shows that the stiffness and thrust load of the vertical cylinder have a great influence on the exit posture, and the regular conclusion of the influence of various parameters on the exit process is obtained.
