摘要

针对威胁评估问题,提出一种基于层次分析法(AHP)和熵值法的目标多属性威胁评估方法。首先,通过分析导弹武器系统和目标属性,确定目标的5个主要威胁因素,建立目标属性,将目标属性分为高优指标和低优指标。其次,利用AHP法由专家主观确定权重,利用熵值法由客观信息数据确定权重,将主观确定权重和客观确定权重组合确定最终权重。再次,根据目标的多属性特征对其进行威胁评估。最后给出仿真示例表明该方法的有效性。

Abstract

Aiming at the threat assessment problem, a multi-attribute threat assessment method based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and entropy method is proposed. Firstly, according to the analyzing the properties of missile weapon systems and targets, determine the five main factors, establish target attributes, divide the target attributes into high-quality indicators and low-quality indicators. Secondly, it is considered that the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the subjectively by the expert, and the entropy method is used to determine the weight from the objective information data, and the subjective determination weight and the objective determination weight are combined to determine the final weight. Again, threat assessments are performed based on the multi-attribute characteristics of the target. Finally, a simulation example is given to show the effectiveness of the method.
