针对某金属开式弹链在脱弹过程中弹链大变形问题,利用刚柔耦合的方法,建立了供输弹机构在空载、带载拨弹和弹链脱弹等工作过程中的动力学模型,获得了不同射频下压弹齿速度的变化规律。并对弹链脱弹过程进行有限元瞬态分析,得到了弹链的变形量和应力值变化规律。再与实验所得结果对比分析,得出该弹链在脱弹过程中存在较大的应力,并能承受住该弹性变形。该研究结果为今后金属开式弹链的结构优化设计提供了重要参考依据。

Aiming at the big deformation of the metal open link belt during the bullet discarding process, the method of rigid-flexible coupling is used to establish the dynamic model of an ammunition feeding mechanism during the course of without-load, with-load feeding and discarding bullet out of link belt. The speed change regularity of the pressure-tooth for the ammunition at different rates of fire was obtained, and the finite element transient analysis for the bullet discarding process of link belt was carried out to get the deformation and stress value change regularity of the link belt. Then compared with the test results, it is concluded that the large stress exists during the bullet discarding process and can withstand the elastic deformation. The research results provide important reference for the structure optimization design of the metal open link belt in future.
