摘要

为了提高某型火箭弹弹箭分离的可靠性和装配的安全性,设计一种新型的剪切分离机构,它具有分离药量少,分离过载低等特点。通过工程计算,对分离药量和连接强度进行了理论计算和校核,并使用非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA对分离机构的分离药量和可靠性进行了数值模拟分析。通过试验对比分析数值模拟结果,试验与数值模拟结果基本一致。试验和仿真结果表明,改进型分离机构能够很好的实现弹箭分离的目的,同时提高了弹身的连接强度,满足了弹药生产的安全设计要求。

Abstract

To improve the reliability of separation mechanism and the safety of the assemble processes, a new type shear separation mechanism is designed, the improved design has the advantage of small-scale explosive and low overload. By engineering calculating, the theory calculation and checking was carried on to the separated explosive quantity and conjunction strength, the separation explosive quantity and the reliability of this separation mechanism were numerical simulated and analyzed by the finite element software LS-DYNA. Comparing with experimental analysis, numerical simulation results were exactly consistent with the experimental results. Experiment and simulation results show that the improved separation mechanism can realize the mission of separation correctly, enhance the conjunction strength of the rocket body at the same time, meet the safety design requirements of the ammunition production.
