一种摆动喷管的流场和传热特性研究

For a ball-and-socket type gimbaled nozzle, when the swinging angle were 0 degree and 6 degree, the three-dimensional numerical calculation of nozzle interior flow field was carried out by using two equation ke turbulence model. According to the calculated flow field, the heat transfer numerical simulation of nozzle was implemented. The effect of two different swinging angles on the heat transfer performance of nozzle interior flow field and thermal protection shield was analyzed. The results showed that the nozzle interior flow field had small variation when the swinging angel range was small, but the flow field at the entrance of the nozzle was deflected. The variation trend of the temperature on the outer wall of the nozzle was basically the same, while the temperature on the inner wall was different. The thermal protection performance of the nozzle met the engine work requirements.
