摘要

为进一步提高侵彻威力,设计了一种杆式周向多爆炸成型弹丸战斗部方案。利用数值模拟方法,对外衬结构参数不同的战斗部进行模拟仿真,分析外衬对药型罩初速分布及弹丸成型的影响。模拟结果表明,优化外衬的结构参数,可以控制药型罩速度梯度,进而控制弹丸成型形状,最终所设计战斗部可成型长径比为4:1的密实杆式弹丸,弹丸可穿透30mm厚45钢。研究结果表明,在线形药型罩外侧布置贴片,可以控制弹丸成型后的形状。

Abstract

In order to further improve the penetration power, a kind of rod type circumferential multiple explosively formed projectile warhead was designed. By using numerical simulation, warheads with different outer linings parameters were researched and the influence of outer lining on the initial velocity distribution and projectile forming of liners on was analyzed. The simulation results illustrated that by optimizing the configuration parameters of outer linings, the velocity gradient of liners could be controlled, and then the shape of the formed projectile could be controlled. Finally, the designed warhead could form dense rod projectile with the draw ratio of 4: 1 and the projectile could penetrate 30mm thick 45 steel. The results showed that the shapes of the formed projectile could be controlled by arranging paster on the outer side of the linear.
