集束定向 EFP成型与侵彻性能研究

摘要

针对高速、厚壁巡航导弹及反舰导弹无法通过传统的破片及MEFP战斗部有效击穿/击爆的工程难题,文中提出一种新型集束定向EFP战斗部结构,选用侵彻能力较强的钽-2.5钨合金药型罩,通过点起爆方式在一定空间内形成飞散的集束EFP,采用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN-3D进行数值模拟,得到不同位置药型罩所形成EFP毁伤元的形状、速度以及飞散规律,并通过试验进行验证。试验中集束定向EFP飞散角与数值模拟结果基本吻合,验证了该战斗部设计的可行性,集束定向EFP战斗部具有良好的应用前景,可为我国防空反导弹药和反轻型装甲弹药高效毁伤战斗部提供指导。

Abstract

Aiming at the engineering problem that high speed, thick wall cruise missiles and anti-ship missiles could not pass the tradition-al fragments and destroying cruise and the effective breakdown and blow of MEFP warhead, a new cluster directional EFP warhead structurewas proposed in this paper. With tantalum-2.5 tungsten alloy liner which had outstanding penetration ability, through point initiation meth-od, the flying EFP cluster was formed in a certain space, nonlinear dynamic analysis software AUTODYN-3D was used to simulate, and theshape, velocity and scattering law of EFP damage element at different positions were obtained and it was verified by experiment. The scat-tering angle of cluster directional EFP was consistent with the numerical simulation results in experiment, which validated the feasibility ofthe warhead design. Cluster directional EFP warhead had good application prospect, which could provide guidance for air defense anti mis-sile ammunition and anti light armor ammunition high efficiency damage warhead.
