One of the key to the question of improving the performance of transfer alignment was to remove the negative influence of leverarm flexure correctly. A project of transfer alignment about average velocity matching was proposed to reduce the influence to the accuracy of transfer alignment and the stability of filters effectively, which inherited the advantage of the method about velocity-integral matching. A method of real-time calculating system-noise-matrix was proposed, which avoided the problem of modeling the lever-arm flexure. Simulation results demonstrated that the transfer alignment scheme could increase the stability of Kalman filter, and could also inhibit the influence of the lever-arm flexure effectively.
