摘要

炮弹对线膛火炮的弹药适配性问题是关系装备作战使用的重要问题。对在不同身管加榴炮上的末敏弹螺纹连接失效现象开展研究,通过对弹丸发射过程中螺纹连接的受力进行机理分析,采用非线性六面体单元、壳单元、粒子化网格等分别对渐速膛线身管、等齐膛线身管和末敏弹建立了弹炮有限元模型,对弹底挤入膛线过程进行了动力学仿真分析。结合理论计算确定了弹底螺纹失效原因,并提出了对导带布局形式进行调整,将原弹底上的后导带移至弹体上,形成两条导带都在弹体上的布局形式的结构改进方案。试验验证结果表明,失效原因分析正确,改进方案合理可行。

Abstract

The compatibility of shells with rifled artillery ammunition is an important issue related to the use of equipment in combat. This article conducts research on the failure phenomenon of thread connections of end sensitive bullets on different barrels with howitzers. By analyzing the mechanism of thread connections during the projectile launch process, nonlinear hexahedral elements, shell elements, particle mesh, etc. are used to establish finite element models of the projectile and cannon for the accelerating rifling barrel, equal rifling barrel, and terminal sensitive projectile, and dynamic simulation analysis is conducted on the process of the shell bottom squeezing into the rifling. Based on theoretical calculations, the cause of thread failure at the bottom of the projectile is determined, and a structural improvement plan is proposed to adjust the layout of the guide belt by moving the rear guide belt from the original bottom of the projectile to the projectile body, forming a layout with two guide belts on the projectile body. The experimental verification results indicate that the failure cause analysis is correct and the improvement plan is reasonable and feasible.
