The Studyof Measurement Technology of Micro-scale Roll Moment Balance

Compared with other component load, the roll torque component load of wind tunnel model for tactical missile is a small amount. In this paper, overall scheme design, structure design, sensitivity design, safety limit design, interference analysis and calculating natural frequency, ect. for micro-scale roll moment balance were researched, and the findings were applied to develop a micro-scale roll moment balance, and the balance's static calibration results were given. Calibration results show that the design is reasonably practicable.
