Abstract

Air-to-air targets in range dimension migration cause the energy loss in airborne pulse Doppler radar long time coherent accumulation. In view of this problem, a linear phase compensation method in accordance with the target radial velocity was used to realize the range migration compensation. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the algorithm can correct different moment target echoes to the same range unit, effectively increases the target coherent accumulation energy with lower complexity, and has been used in actual flight experiment of radar.
