High Speed Multi-target Detection Based on Envelope Migration Compensation

For high-speed weak targets, the traditional envelope migration compensation algorithm is not qualified for detection of weak signals in multi-target environment as spectrum leakage exists. An improved envelopment migration algorithm was presented in this paper, after analyzing the impact of echo envelope migration and non-integer sampling error for spectrum leakage, the phase of transmit signals was compensated by sampling error compensation factor. The velocity compensation cycle of spectrum leakage was used to group the compensation velocity and complete the envelope migration alignment. The simulation results show that this method is suitable for multi-target detection as it can overcome spectrum leakage.
