Memory Test System Design of Large Strain and Overload Acceleration for Solid Propellant

To solve the difficulty and complex operation of lead in strain gauge and the acceleration sensor during measuring the large strain of grain and the acceleration of overload solid rocket propellant, a storage test system device was proposed based on programmable FPGA with small volume and multi-channel. This miniature memory test system is able to complete sampling, storage, transmission, data processing and waveform display of large strain and acceleration signal. The device has certain advantages and value in engineering applications for safety assessment monitoring of grain and diagnosis in solid engine work process.
