Non-lethal Effectiveness Evaluation of Rubber Hit Grenade

Abstract

Evaluation of equipment operational effectiveness is theoretical basis for weapon applications. The evaluation of equipment operational effectiveness of rubber hit grenade was proposed in this paper as follows, structure design of rubber hit grenade and performance ability were analyzed. An comprehensive efficiency evaluation index system stressing on non-lethal was established by using the matrix transfer optimization. The improved analytic hierarchy process combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to solve the elastic rubber impact of non-lethal effectiveness evaluation, evaluation results and practical application of compliance; provide theoretical support for application of the bomb and a new method for other non-lethal weapon assessment.
