Research on Electrical Detection Technology of Small Tactical Missile Assembly Process

Based on the assembly process of products, this paper classifies the electrical detection of products from static and dynamic aspects, and analyzes various detection methods. The results show that: as a non-destructive testing, static testing can reduce the electrical testing damage of products to the greatest extent,and the testing sequence is set to first static and then dynamic in the assembly process;As the verification of product communication and ignition performance, dynamic detection results can directly verify the feasibility of product design function. These two detection methods complement each other and can effectively control the quality of product assembly process.
