Abstract

MEMS S&AD is one of the key techniques of fuse's miniaturization. The structure and action principle of MEMS S&AD for small-caliber grenade was expatiated, the typical framework was designed and simulated, the simulation result was analyzed, the design flow and method of safe and arm device based MEMS technology was explored. The study indicates that the damping delay setback arming device can distinguish the difference of circumstance of handing and propelling and improve the safety of fuze.
