Research on Synchronous Control for Electric Load Simulator

A novel control strategy was proposed to solving the electric load simulator's external strong disturbance problem caused by fin servo movement, which will make the electric load simulator's tracking speed and accuracy decline. The core of method is to introduce the movement information of fin servo and electric load simulator into the controller while controlling the torque. These made the load motor not only track the torque command, but also synchronously follow the fin servo movement. The simulation and experiment results show that the controller can not only make steady error of the closed loop be less than 1%, but also make the error of amplitude be less than 10% and the error of phase be less than 10 degree when system is stimulated by 12Hz sine signal. So, the method is applicable to the electric load simulator.
