Abstract

In order to analyze fuze fault rapidly and accurately, the virtual prototype of verge clock mechanism for fuze S&A mechanism was established with virtual prototype and the theory of analysis of multi-body dynamics system. The dynamic performance of the fuze was obtained by the way that the simulation model was driven by the trajectory data of actual measurement. The reason of the fuze dud and the improving measures were discussed. The results show that improving the reliability of the location pin is the fundamental way of solving the dud of the fuze, which was verified in experiment.
