Development of Automatic Test System for Ignition Device on Missile Based on Virtual Instrument

Abstract

Because the test equipment of a missile ignition device cannot meet the test requirements in the current production debugging and production acceptance process, an automatic test system of a missile ignition device based on virtual instrument is designed and developed. The test system adopts the upper and lower computer structure, takes the cRIO platform as the hardware core, and uses the Labview development software to write the software. It has high degree of automation, strong reliability and certain scalability. This paper describes the system structure of the whole test system and the corresponding software and hardware design ideas in detail, and gives some schematic diagrams on this basis.
