Variable Structure Bang-Bang Attitude Control for Space Interception Using Side Window Detection

The side window detection technology can be adopted to solve the problem of aerodynamic heat induced by high speed. To solve the problem of space interception for side window detection, an algorithm was designed to adjust the attitude of the intercep-tor to keep the target in the side window all the time based on the mathematical model of the attitude angle and the side window vi-sion scope. A variable structure Bang-Bang control method was proposed in this paper to control the attitude of interceptor, which satisfied the requirement of stabilizing the vision angle. Simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the variable structure Bang-Bang control method.
