Abstract

The static electrical detection is very important in the process of missile assembly, which data can directly reflect the electrical performance of the product. This paper studied that the setup steps and the testing contents of the missile static electrical test in the assembling process by the horizontal and vertical comparison method of electrical testing data, from the sequence of the missile assembly, combined with the typical electrical parts. Research results show that the eligibility of electrical components and the validity of the welding process can be verified effectively by the static electrical testing data, which can control the quality problems in the process of missile assembly, and ensure the reliability of the product.
