Modal Analysis and Optimization of Missile Carrier Structure

Abstract

Aiming at the vibration and stress concentration of missile launcher, a three-dimensional solid model of bracket structure is es-tablished by using Pro/E, and the preload of missile carrier is obtained by structural analysis. At the same time, the modal simulation and the equivalent stress distribution simulation of the preload are completed in the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the structural modal vibration frequency, vibration mode and stress distribution nephogram are obtained. Based on the analysis of the stress distribution, the bracket is optimized to solve the problem of stress concentration. The research results provide an important basis for improving launch-ing stability of missile carrier.
