Multiphase Vaporization Calculation and Influence Analysis of Gas-steam Ejection Water Injection Process

In order to study the effect of the size and quantity of water injection holes on the vaporization of the gas-steam ejection cooling water, a 1/7 three-dimensional periodic model of continuous water-injection ejection equipment is established. The three-dimensional unsteady numerical study is performed using the Mixture multiphase flow model and the vaporization model. The validity of the numerical method is verified by comparison with experimental data. The results show that under the same condition of the total cross-sectional area of the holes, as the number of holes increases, the cooling water evaporates more quickly, which makes the gas entering the ejection cylinder lower in heat and higher pressure, and the mixed gas is more powerful. The research results have reference value for the design of gas-steam ejection water spraying scheme.
