Abstract

Adoption of after-launching interception technique is a major feature of helicopter-borne long-range air-to-ground missile. With quantitative analysis, the major error source that affects the interception probability was found. It provides a method of estimating the interception probability approximately. The method can be used for calculating the interception probability during preliminary scheme design phase of the weapon system.
