Optimal Estimation and Application of Velocity Measurement System

The data fusion processing method of multi-velocity measurement system was built to estimate the optimal trajectory. The optimal trajectory data was obtained with this method, and compared with the results of GPS. It is shown that the difference of each velocity between two trajectory results is very small and the precision is near to centimeter level. The results indicate that the optimal trajectory estimation method can be used to obtain higher precision results and is effective on data processing of multi-velocity measurement system. In recent missions, the method has successfully been used to supply reliable data results.
