Abstract

The precision of single-axial rotation of INS was improved by introducing the damp network. The simulation model of single-axial rotation of damping INS based on Simulink was built by use of the time-stepping simulation techniques. The different error characteristics in different conditions were analyzed. The results show that by introducing the damp network, the Schuler oscillation error and the Foucault oscillation error were eliminated, the random drift was suppressed, and the precision of the single-axial rotation of INS was greatly enhanced.
