The Optimal Design for Anti-high Overload Capacity of Multi-range Micro-acclerometer

The sensor bears great impact in aerospace. The onboard sensor, which requires the sensor has a high resistance to high overload capacity. Based on the original design, the high and low range of the multirange micro-acclerometer was optimized. In the examination, it shows the optimized structure can resist 20000g, and can effectively meet high overload requirements of high-impact environment.
