Abstract

A new and mini storage tester which can endure high overload was designed for recording the projectile base acceleration. It uses MCU, CPLD, high speed FIFO, NAND flash depending on the embedded technology, and rubber as buffer material. Finite element software ANSYS/LSDYNA simulated the process of impact and confirmed on 155mm canon. The recorder obtained the projectile base acceleration at bullet out cannon of 31000g acceleration.
