Research and Design of Ignition Control Unit for Intelligent Ammunition Weapon System

The intelligent ammunition weapon system studied in this paper generally adopts electronic firing ignition mode, safety and reliability of ignition control unit directly affect combat performance of weapon system.By studying and analyzing the design flow and design method of ignition control unit, a typical ignition control unit is implemented in this paper. The ignition control unit has passed unit test, integration test and reliability test, forms a classical circuit. The ignition control unit is widely applied to the launch ignition control of multiple projects. The ignition control unit has successfully launched the weapon system for thousands of times.
