Analyse of Rubber Anti-riot Kinetic Energy Projectiles Impact Injury Cases

Abstract

Anti-riot kinetic energy projectiles are the main equipment for the anti-terrorist and anti-riot task. In order to improve its inherent safety and use safety, by reviewing the rubber anti-riot kinetic energy projectile injury damage cases, the casualty ratio, damage distribution and damage mode are analyzed. From the three aspects of projectile factors, biological factors and impact conditions, 32 causation factors of impact injury were extracted, and the factors attribute were initially defined, and the safety design and safe use recommendations of rubber-type anti-riot kinetic energy projectiles were given, which can provide decision support for its safe serve in its entire life cycle.
