Orthogonal Optimization Analysis of the Parameters of the Circumferential Groove of the Pre-control Fragment Warhead

In view of the axial adhesion of the pre-control fragment in the test process, the optimization analysis of the parameters of the circumferential groove is carried out separately by using the method of numerical simulation and orthogonal optimization, and the better scheme of the parameters setting of the circumferential groove is obtained. And compare the generation of effective fragments when the parameters of axial and circumferential grooves are the same. The simulation and test results show that when the groove parameters are consistent, the effective fragment generation rate is reduced by 16.67%, and the mass loss rate is increased by 14.45%. The axial adhesion of fragments can be effectively solved by optimizing the parameters of circumferential groove.
