Abstract

As the contradiction between the complexity and reliability of rocket weapons becomes more and more serious, in order to improve the reliability of rocket weapons more effectively, designers need to deepen their understanding of the failure of rocket weapons. Based on the establishment of a historical fault database for a certain type of rocket weapon, the time characteristics, distribution and severity of the fault are statistically analyzed, the causes and mechanisms of the fault are analyzed and summarized, and a fault classification method is given. It provides reference for engineering practice related to improving the reliability of rocket weapon.
